DESCRIPTION:

This tiny pot is part of our "Great Small Pot" collection of 2024. Our goal is to create 500+ different pots to be sold and shipped before the holidays and make a collection cost-effective enough that everyone who wants one (or ten) can order to their heart's delight.

Every single pot in this collection is fully unique with both its form and its glaze. No two pots are ever the exact same, including the colored stoneware pots. This adds to the creation time for each pot considerably, but brings us so much joy in what we do here.

Though tiny in size, this family of pots are all classically made in form and design, created specifically for mixing and matching amazing-energy collections that you can keep adding to as we release small pots in the future as well. The same love and energy goes into each and every small pot that we put into our larger pieces. Please do note that these pots are very small and might look bigger than they are in real life compared to what the photos feel like.

This family of 150 tiny pots were each created using between three and nine layers of various glaze, and our goal was to not have any one pot over $200, the majority of them being much less than that (as low as $40).

It was truly wonderful to go way smaller for this goal and to know that a tiny piece of us will be with so many of you, sharing our love and energy with you forevermore. Thank you for your ongoing support ❤️

Notes about purchasing items in this collection:

  1. TYPES OF CLAY:
    - Stoneware (one of the strongest forms of pottery, literally becomes stone in the process)
    - Porcelain (even stronger than stoneware, and costs more due to complexity of and cost of materials). Colored porcelain clay costs about 8-10x more than our usual premium clay, thus the premium charged for the pots.
    - Raku (due to the nature of raku, the clay doesn't get as strong as it does with stoneware or porcelain. Still plenty sturdy.
  2. SIZE:
    - All pots in this collection are labeled as x-small, small, medium-small, or medium (medium being the biggest size vase in this collection).
    1. Size has much less to do with pricing in this collection than difficulty and complexity of creating the piece. I use different firing methods, glaze techniques, raw materials, clay type, stains, etc to get every finished pot, and all factors are applied when figuring out the final price.
  3. I do my best to accurately measure each piece, but it can be difficult to be exact with rounded objects so the measurements may vary slightly.
  4. Any pot labeled as a "seconds" in the product title means that it has one or more cosmetic shortcomings. This could include "s-cracks" on the bottom (where you won't see it), non-standard scuffs near the base, tiny chips, micro-surface cracks, etc. Every seconds pot is marked down 10-70% from what it normally would sell for.
  5. Any accessories/props, or other pieces from the collection shown in the photos, are not included.
  6. Always hand-wash handmade ceramics. Dishwashers are not your friend. This piece, if taken care of, should outlive our great grandchildren. Always give it TLC.

SHIPPING:

We live/work in the USA, but you can order this pottery to be delivered just about anywhere in the world. Insurance is included on every order.

Please note that it may take us 7-10 days to get your order ready to ship. This is a big collection and it's going to take us some time to organize it all and make sure everyone's orders are packaged securely and perfectly. Thanks for understanding!

Please also note that shipping and handling is extra. This is pottery and therefore needs to be protected. It takes some work, high quality materials, and time to properly package your pottery. All rates are factored in with real time pricing plus a materials/handling fee and will vary depending on where you live. We package the heck out of our pottery to make sure it arrives to you in perfect condition.

NOTE: I do my best to capture the true essence of all my pottery. Please note that every piece will look different depending on its surroundings and lighting, or on different screens. Please also note that on some listings, other pots or props have been included in the photograph, and unless explicitly mentioned in the description, the purchase is always for the product showing in the first product image.

All purchases are non-refundable. International orders may require duties and taxes, paid for by customer upon delivery. All my pottery is stoneware or porcealin, meaning it was fired at higher temperatures with more premium clay and glazes to make it truly durable. The only exception to this is Raku pottery which is fired at a lower temperature but still very strong. If you are buying any of my pottery as part of a collection or pottery drop, please note that it may take me 1-2 weeks to prepare the entire drop for shipment. Thank you for your patience.
